Jules: Uncanny Avengers #16
The series has been a wonderful hard hitting sequel to Rick Remender’s Uncanny X-Force and I have to say I’ve been absolutely loving it. The last issue left my jaw dropped had me turning the pages furiously as the plot thickened! Deaths all around, four horseman all of them Death, totally worth it. The team in total shambles, what chaos is gonna spring forth from this issue? Plus Steve McNiven’s art rules! I’m so ready for more Ragnarok Now! This is so the first issue I wanna read Wednesday!

Crimson: Justice League Dark #27
Forever Evil has been one of the best thing to happen to the Justice League titles, Dark has gone through some hands, J.M. DeMatteis seems to be making the most of it while writing the title for the time being. John Constantine and his fun-loving Justice League Dark now face it’s final obstacle…. The Blight! Picking up where Constantine 10 left out. With Mikel Janin providing the art should be a great pick up.

Gaumer: Revolutionary War: Knights of Pendragon #1
The first two issue of Marvel’s latest British invasion have been hit or miss. I love seeing these old English characters and settings again, but not if the story continues to suffer for it. It’s make it or break time for Revolutionary War and me. After this third installment I’ll either be on board for the long haul, or I’ll leave the rest of the event on the Marvel rack of my local comic shop in favor of something better.

Taylor: Thor: God of Thunder #18
The next installment of Jason Aaron’s outstanding run with our favorite Thunder God hits the shelves this week. This issue gives us a stand alone adventure that pits the Odinson against a dragon. A pretty simple premise, but one that has a primal, archetypal appeal: a hero slaying dragons is a story as old as storytelling itself, and I look forward to Aaron putting his spin on it. Furthermore, artist Das Pastoras seems like a perfect fit for this story, giving the pages the fairy-tale vibe this type of story should have. Looking forward to it!
THOR: GOD OF THUNDER #18

Kyle: East of West #9
Jonathan Hickman has been delivering a tour de force of epic proportions! This Sci-Fi Western, with a touch of Eastern Culture, has been amazing. With the three Horsemen on Death’s trail, things have been stirring in the Capital. Death on the hunt looking for his son, grave troubles ahead, and a lot of questions still left unanswered, this is gonna be a good one. I have loved every issue before this one, and I have a funny feeling this is gonna be my favorite this week.
EAST OF WEST #9

The Ranger and Death finally clash in the inevitable meeting of LAW and INEVITABILITY.
Jesse: Saga #18
This issue should be an amazing conclusion to our favorite Romeo & Juliet-esque aliens time on Quietus. If you have been keeping up with Saga you know how things can never seem to go right for Alana and Marko and their team, and last issue everything just really hit the fan! There is a reason Brian K. Vaughan is such a respectable name in comics and he continues to prove it with Saga. This is hands down my most anticipated title for the week!
story BRIAN K. VAUGHAN

Our heroes’ stay on Quietus reaches its inevitable conclusion.
