Valiant Entertainment proudly presents…

The wedding of…X-O Manowar

This issue…was a heartfelt closure in more ways than one. This would be a great jumping on issue for the new readers. It closed a chapter in Aric’s life, but opened another for the both of them. There are, however, seeds of dissent that will come to light in the near future.

“The bachelor party”

Writer/Artist: Rafer Roberts

Just..I mean…I would love to hang with Aric during his down time. This shows why. Anyone watch “The Hangover”?

“The Lady Saana”

Writer: Amy Chu
Artist: Clayton Henry
Color Artist: Andrew Dalhouse
Letterer: Dave Sharpe

Finally we get to see the life lived by one of Valiant’s newest, strong female characters. This was a good read with brilliant artwork. Great way the see the world through a newcomer.

“The talk”

Writer: Robert Venditti
Artist: Cafu
Colorist: Ulises Arreola
Letterer: Dave Sharpe

It seems Aric has always had his eye on women. That could get him into trouble. His father knew this, and takes this time to empart knowledge onto our would be hero.

“Owly & Wormy & Shanhara in…Bouncing back! With Shanhara!”

Writen, artwork and Owly & Wormy created by: Andy Runton

We always wondered what Shanhara does when not with Aric. Now we know. This was a fun story.

This issue has a lot going for it. Laughs, cries, thought provoking, and a bit of class. Valiant has out done themselves on this issue. I just hop this life lasts for Aric. Now, on to the reception!
